Signature dishes for dinner include Potted Trout, BBQ Duck Sandwich, Kentucky Fried Guinea Hen and Homemade Sausage. Signature dishes for brunch include Fresh Baked Doughnuts, Shirred Eggs, the Hillbilly Philly and the "Stomachectomy."
