The Industry has a distinctive menu featuring homemade, contemporary american, bistro style fare. Signature dishes for dinner include Potted Trout, BBQ Duck Sandwich, Kentucky Fried Guinea Hen and Homemade Sausage. Signature dishes for brunch include Fresh Baked Doughnuts, Shirred Eggs, the Hillbilly Philly and the "Stomachectomy."  Executive Chef, Patrick Szoke is the driving force in the Industry kitchen and will continue to create new and exciting plates as the restaurant moves forward.
